Also I've noticed that women will definitely judge a guy if he's a virgin or single. (Because they think something is wrong with him) but get super mad when men do the same thing about women with a high body count.

A lot of these people seem to think that sex is something that men do to women and the only thing women need to do is turn up so, under this belief, a virgin man with no experience is entirely useless.

You're completely right about the hypocrisy regarding high vs. zero body count.

If people could buy sex, you wouldn't be hearing as many complaints about virgins lying about their experience in order to get laid. I don't think lying about virginity is a big deal, especially if the person admits the truth afterwards, but from my own experience as someone who did lie about my virginity to get laid, I think being honest from the get go about being a virgin makes the more experienced person more likely to offer pointers and take the lead on ensuring proper communication, which can prevent undesired outcomes caused by both parties inaccurately assuming things about the other.

Not at all justifying the response, especially since I would be categorized as one of these guys, but this is because a man’s worth to women is tied directly to how desirable he is by other women. I know I’m preaching to the choir with that statement, but it explains their disapproval of this method. Personally speaking I’m more understanding of why my fellow man would opt not to disclose said information. I wouldn’t go about that route just because I’d rather be upfront and know I wouldn’t be capable of hiding the inexperience anyways. However, I do have to admit it is rather funny because this same offended crowd would argue virginity is a social construct when it behooves them to do so.

This happened on an episode of Law & Order: SVU ("Imposter"--S18, E3) where a man was pretending to be a college administrator and slept with mothers in exchange for their kids' acceptance into school. After finding out the man was lying about his occupation just to get sex, one of the mothers cried "Rape" as she felt her ability to consent was violated because of the man's dishonesty about his true identity. These fully grown women made the conscious decision to orchestrate affairs, cheat on their husband's and whore their kids' way into college and when their own unscrupulousness failed, they played victim. If the genders were reversed, the women obviously never would've been charged and thanks to Capt. Benson, only the man was sentenced.
