One thing I don’t understand is why men one here are so hyper focused on OF women as if the majority or a large percentage of women are involved in it. This leads me to believe that men on here are constantly watching and contributing to these women.

I think there's a disconnect in your question. You ask if they'll be attractive (SMV) and then if they'll be dateable (RMV). Of course they'll be attractive, it's their entire business model. Most men with options will never wife a sex worker though.
