It looks like it could turn into a legal fight for the divorce. I have moved out due to having a dead bedroom with no improvement and left to not make things worse between us. She stayed in the house with the car and both are in my name but the property is not. I have continued to pay for these for 3 months now and no longer want to do it but she is refusing to let me sell the house and give back my car because it's "community property". I didn't think she would've been this unreasonable so what are my options here? Appreciate all the help in advance fellas
