There are two big reasons why men should be wary of partners who have gotten tummy tucks and/or liposuction:

This is the more obvious of the two. Paying for surgery is essentially cheating to a positive outcome. It shows a complete lack of effort, and by OP's own admission she had yo-yo'd a lot. She lacks the discipline to maintain a healthy diet and exercise regimen. That lack of discipline often translates to other critical aspects of life.
Liposuction is a terrible idea. You've all probably heard of visceral fat. It's that fat you store around your vital organs once your fat cells reach their max capacity. Each person has a limited number of fat cells (determined during adolescence and genetically limited), and our fat cells have a limited capacity to which they can expand (also genetically determined). When your fat cells reach capacity and you begin to store visceral fat, that is when you begin to suffer from obesity-related conditions (heart disease, type 2 diabetes, cancer, etc). Liposuction removes a lot of fat cells from your body, and they don't grow back. In other words, you artificially lower the threshold of fat you can store before you become seriously ill. This is a huge liability to your partner in a lifelong relationship.

Liposuction is not a treatment for obesity, and it will not remove cellulite or stretch marks.

It's only really suitable for people who have tried changing their lifestyle and found this has not helped.

Are you kidding me? 5'9" and 228 pounds. I am 5'8", and I don't even come close to that weight.
