Anyway, i'm taking a break from my socials after this post here. My stbx recently tried to use my social media posts against me in a hearing for custody. The stuff she screen grabbed, i'm not even really sure what angle she would take to use them against me, as there isn't even anything remotely close to illegal on there. I posed a clip from Chris Rock talking about how housewifes are gangster. I also asked a question about thc tests on reddit, 4 months ago for a job i was taking where i admit to be 30 days clean and wondering if i can sure fire pass a test now. I live in a legal state. The judge didn't even mention the posts in the hearing, so it was a waste of her and her lawyers time anyway.

just curious if any of you guys had your social media posts used against you, and if it actually worked for your spouse, in swaying a judge for custody or support money? if so, what did you post that was so bad it effected your judgements?
