I know for a fact my wife filed, but I haven’t been served yet. I have all the documents already though…nothing big, just the basic split crap equally language.

That being said, is there anything I should do before I’m actually served in a day or two? Run up some credit card bills…to be split equally then? Buy a bunch of gift cards?

I’m only talking financially here…
