Idk if all red pill guys have thought loops and rituals. OCD is a very specific mental health disorder. I'm loathed to using it for someone who wasn't specifically diagnosed.

Instead I'd say that they can become very neurotic and obsessed. They do fixate on their sexual or romantic relationships. But, it usually doesn't rise to OCD.

Maybe your specific partner had OCD, I can't speak to that, but we shouldn't be using that language for them in a general sense.

Redpill is appealing to men who feel powerless or like they have lost control of their lives (which most of us can probably relate to, especially right out of high school or college), by giving them a sense of control over something, specifically women. Suddenly the man feels poweful and in control again, and that feeling can become addictive. So yes, it gives the guy relationship controlling-obsession and probably gives the woman relationship paranoia. IMHO red pill is a major reason women are choosing to leave the dating "market," and honestly I would too if I had to deal with redpill men's crap more than once or twice.

I have severe ocd and have been diagnosed so this would make sense even tho I’m not exactly sure what rocd is
