And by "touch grass" I assume they mean interact with women in real life, because our conceptions of women are apparently wrong.

Literally NOTHING will BlackPill you harder than just interacting with women if you are a sub 5/10 male. And I don't just mean casually saying hi at a grocery store or whatever. If you go out of your way to try and befriend women in a completely platonic manor, you will get an opportunity to see how they truly feel about you.

They don't want to be your partner (obviously), they don't want you as a friend, they don't even want to be near you.

A lot of women, especially more attractive ones, will treat your offer of friendship like an affront to thier existence. They quite literally hate you and wish you didn't exist.

The only reason they would mingle with you is if you're wealthy/well-off financially and can be an orbiter. Or if you're really lucky, a beta-bux provider. That's all you ever will be to women as a sub5 male.
