The guy is making a power play on you. He is letting you know he has information on you to unsettle you, but doing it in a light way so you can not get angry.

You could have answer with a big friendly smile: "hey, tell me, how is it to be the guy she shows the message other guys send her? Doesn't it get heavy or boring on you?"

well, dont really know you, but you might be the one who is getting played / the clown used to amuse them. you might think you are alpha as fuck and the biggest peacock in the jungle, yet most guys lie to themselves. in case you are the guy they laugh at behind your back, you shouldnt care

She obviously didn't think much of the conversation, if she shared it. Didn't consider it intimate. It really does not sound like you're hitting it off with her.

If you don't see any progress, move on.

If you do hit it off with her, or get more intimate, make sure to tell her you'd prefer she not share future private conversations with other people. Say it in a way she understands you are politely telling her never to do it again, if she wants to be with you. If she refuses, soft next. It's her right to share her conversations with whoever she wants. It's your right to have conversations with whoever you want.

As for the guy, if it was one-off, I'd probably just outright ignore it. If he tries it again, say something along the lines of "She sure shares everything with her girlfriends." Or something similar, indirectly calling him out on being her emotional tampon.
