This makes me overwhelmed and relieved at the same time. That I may be getting another chance. Still, I would have to ask my family for help and see if they can take me to and from the surgery. I'm not sure if they will because last time I tried asking my parents for help involving urological surgery, they were kinda hesitant to help me and when they did, during the recovery process, my parents didn't want to help too much then either (to the point where my mom wanted me to go back to doing my regular chores days after surgery). But then again, I have no one else and I did have to depend on my mom after I had a biopsy done on my neck. Besides, if I don't get this surgery now or if I wait too long, it'll be too late and I'll be stuck like this. I'm not sure how I can make any of this work but it's either me trying or......well, more of the same thing I'm dealing with now I guess.

PS: The surgery date is at the end of October so I should have enough time to tell my therapist about this and come up with a plan with him and to tell my mom at least to see if her or one of my family members will help me drive to and from surgery (which is out of town) and I have to tell them well enough in advance so they can adjust their schedules accordingly.
