Hear me out before you ignore this. You might brush this off as ridiculous, but this would be your biggest mistake. This is something you won't even be told on blackpill sites, even though this is your foundation of ascending. Your most important step in looks/lifemaxxing is to stop drinking tap water.

Women are on the pill. They need it so they can bang around. The majority of the pill is not consumed by their bodies, they pee it out again. Every day millions of women pee raw estrogen into our water supply. Sewage plants do NOT filter this out, it comes out your tap or shower head unfiltered.

I don't need to explain why this is catastrophic. Estrogen is a poison. And it's just one of many that lingers in your sewage. It diminishes your life force. If you were never exposed to this in your life, you might have turned out HTN or even chadlite. Not all is lost, though. Stop drinking tap water right now. Also never drink water from a source you don't know like restaurants or a friend's house.

Only drink glass-bottled spring water or move to a source if you can. If you laugh this off, you are beyond helping. You might have wasted a considerable amount of your genetic potential if you were raised on contaminated water. You will still feel much more energetic and powerful if you stop now.

Before you say it, obviously chad could drink all the toxic water in the world and still be chad. You will never be chad. But you can easily go up on the PSL if you stop poisoning yourself every day. Start with tap water, then cut out more and more toxic foods. When everybody has died of cancer - even chad - you will be standing healthily and women will date you solely for not being terminally ill yet.
