Depends on the kind of man you want and if you're open to online dating or not. I met my now husband on Bumble. You could try that route but I'd suggest you avoid Tinder as it it mostly for hookups. If you do end up online dating, make sure to specify in your bio exactly what you're looking for and vet your matches based on that criteria.

If you want to meet people irl, then you'll need to go where the men are. If you'e looking for a wealthy man, hang out in wealthier areas. If you're younger, hang out in places the college kids hang out in. Sporting events, nice restaurants, parks, gym etc. are all great places to meet potential matches. I'd suggest staying away from areas with high crime rates and general bad vibes though.

If you want to do it online, then Bumble or Hinge.

If you want to do it in person, I’d honestly suggest just expanding your social circles organically. Most people date within proximity, so people you meet from work, people from your past, your friend’s friend, mutual connections, etc.

When I was single I honestly just tried to make more friends. I’m more introverted but made a goal for myself to accept invites from my more extroverted friends. Not every single time, but like once a week or once every other week, or especially if it was a holiday get together with some people I knew and some I didn’t know.

I also went to more professional events, like meet-ups and hackathons.

In the end I found myself talking to a guy I knew in high school, who I’d had a mad crush on, who’s also my friend’s older brother. We’re engaged now. LOL.

But, and I truly believe this, me being more generally social helped attract him to me. I would occasionally post about going to brunch with my friends or would be tagged in such-and-such professional event. And he worked in an adjacent field, so his “in” was to ask me about what I did for work and connect over some mutual work acquaintances.

I’ve also heard of people joining a local hobby group. Couple friends of mine met in a running group, and you could always try something like that!
