So through lawyers were disclosing assets and liabilities. I found that she's got literally zero money, some savings and maxed out credit card which leaves practically nothing. Most likely she's been siphoning money out for a long time and I'm working on finding that out. Does anyone know whether there is something I can do about this? I've paid for everything while we were together so it's not possible for her to have nothing!

I might just need to cut my loses... but chosing to leave and then spending and siphoning money out for a while should have some consequences should it not? Working with a lawyer to find that out but any advice on what others did in this situation would be appreciated!
