Just ending a 7 year marriage that has no kids due to infertility on her side. We were planning donor IVF. We moved to a new state and had some recent financial difficulties that are corrected now and improving. We ended up fighting a lot and she moved out last month saying she wants a divorce.

I have to admit I lost frame and did a lot of beta stuff, but a relationship with infertility is like Hard mode x10- lots of negativity, depression, self-image problems on her side. Now, I can see the correct response would be to gym more, be stable around her, create a social circle of both guy and couples, and work on finances.

Yesterday she answered a text (had been 1 month no contact) where I asked about divorce. She said "I can file, or you can file if you wish". She seemed much calmer than during the initial breakup.
Obviously a reach here, but I wonder if there are any steps I can take to mend the relationship.

I went to a therapist for 1 session and they suggested reaching out with the offer of a group therapy session (Christian therapist, non-feminist for what its worth). They said to tell her "I went to therapy and it was recommended you come in too if you're willing to try one last shot." The wife wasn't very interested in therapy before we separated and I don't have much optimism about this.

After 1 month I'm equally ready to move on or try one last time to rebuild the marriage and with red pill strategies this time. I think with time I'll accept the need to move on. I'm making plans to move to Asia if the relationship is over. I've put in a lot of work this past month to get where I am now: gym, meeting new friends, working a lot, getting out of the house).
