I found out a short while ago my wife of just over a decade was having an affair with a registered sex offender for about 4 months.

We have kids and they have had multiple points of contact with the dude, including one being in the other room asleep while they were banging in my house (was with my oldest over at my family's house when she snuck him over).

She used discord to communicate with the guy, along with calling/texting each others phones. I found put She was cheating a week after we had a minor argument and she wanted a divorce, a week later after that, found out about the cheating on her PC, and a week anr half later, she got caught again sneaking over to the dudes house while having the kids watched by family (she lied about where she was going to her family as well).

PO officer got involved, searched the dudes house, and didn't find anything (because Sex Offender dude was probably tipped off or spooked).

All the while, I've been amicable and tried to do a uncontested divorce. 50-50 custody with some equitable terms regarding titled property, and agreeing to paying some child support (used a online calculator for my state using my income and her declared income, but I'm certain I'm being conservative on her portion). I'm certain that she has some mental illnesses (Narcissist and probably BPD based on past behavior).

She rebutted back with a lowball offer on the property and almost a 75% increase in child support amount.

I'm on good terms with her family and want to keep it that way, but she's made it almost impossible for me to keep doing what everyone wants, which is divorce that is quick and not messy. She's "Broke" (has some personal items she could liquidate, and she is working and has a side business as well), and would probably have to borrow money from family if she tries to petition me, but I'm at the point I think that's what she is going for. She posted all over the place trying to scheme up plans to get leverage over me (which is hilarious since I'm not a p.o.s nor am I dumb enough to do anything to give her satisfaction of gaining said leverage).

Curious what your guys thoughts are and what would you do? Bear in mind I've got all sorts of evidence that would definitely lean heavily to me if need be.
