I've ranted about this before but seeing comments on Twitter/X (not that intelligent conversation is to be expected there) from people saying misandry either doesn't exist (false) or it's not a systemic issue like misogyny supposedly is, even though I see no evidence for it being as such. Women get so much in the way of aid and preferential treatment just on the basis on gender. Misandry has a much stronger case for being systemic and especially in regards to how biased schools are towards boys, men always getting screwed over in the courts and legal systems, the draft is still legal, the whole "women and children" narrative, no campaigns to end violence against men, etc. Misandry is undeniably real and deeply entrenched in society and yet many deny it's existence or massively downplay claiming it's not systemic, even though there's no real evidence to prove it such. And things like rape, domestic violence/abuse, sex trafficking, etc. are largely made out to be male on female even though there's just as much of the other way around. There's abuse shelters that even solely help only women and turn away male victims, which right there is discrimination.

There's so many inequalities affecting men and boys that continue to go unaddressed, and yet supposedly misandry is either non-existent or not systemic. Even though there's a great deal to suggest it's both real and systemic. It's an elephant in the room, so to speak, unlike it's counterpart.
