I hate the terms "toxic masculinity" and "toxic femininity," but it goes without saying one can't exist without the other and if one does, so does the other. And toxic femininity has definitely become incredibly rampant and widespread to the point it's counterpart is barely making any sort of dent if at all. TM is a faint whisper to TF's loud banging. But as usual, dumb misandrists will either either deny TF is real or will acknowledge it but of course say it's nowhere near as serious or major a problem, or that it isn't an institutional or systemic issue like TM supposedly is. WTF? I fail to see how TM is in any way institutional or systemic, unless hearing about it non-stop falls under that criteria. The fact toxic femininity is barely ever acknowledged or addressed and is always being deflected from says it all. And when you take into account Western society being extremely gynocentric, men still having to register for the draft, how poorly boys do in schools due to bias towards female students, society still having a hard time grasping female on male crime of any sort, the whole "believe women" notion, etc. it's quite obvious and clear misandry is not only widespread and deeply embedded in society and the system, but toxic femininity largely is as well.
