That's what the cop asked me when they arrived for the 2nd time this morning. I replied honestly, "Yeah, but I don't want to see her locked up. I just want her out of here." and now she's out of the house.

Did I do the right thing? Probably not, in divorce terms, but I got her out of the house which is a big concession. She was walking around with knives and has stashed her father's gun collection somewhere. Yeah, she can come back anytime but now at least I can set the alarm system to go off when she returns and feel truly safer. She's lost her gd mind.

Question: She's taken the our only car wherever and I don't live in a very walkable area. If you were in my shoes would you stop paying the note on the car in order to get a different one? It's in both our names so I will take a credit hit, but I kinda need a car and I'm expecting she won't bring this one back, and I can't afford two.
