I can understand why the police tasered the boyfriend as he bursts out

I do NOT understand that part. People keep explaining to me the technicalities that make it legal for police to treat US citizens like dirt so I understand HOW but I still don't understand WHY. Especially since it's almost entirely MEN that cops mistreat in this way.

Okay the more I see these the more I know that USA cops are ego-tripping, power-hungry, trigger-happy thughs. He stood in place and was not threatening yet he got tasered and cuffed.
