I'm not going get into great detail here as I believe she is stalking me.

We are early in the divorce process. A filing for temporary custody and financial related matters has been submitted. I have a few weeks to gather everything.

For better or worse, and for reasons not relevant here but which includes severe emotional disorders (diagnosed) the vast majority of substantive discussion about various important topics dealing with our kids was via email and text.

Nearly every single claim of her 23 page motion is directly contradicted by her own words. Not spin or subjective stuff...full, outright lies.

In the summer she claimed she wanted to consciously uncouple and coparent peacefully. Not a week went by until I caught her snooping in my personal materials. Then came the near silver bullet attempt. Then came hunting for dick on three different dating apps. Then came some other stuff I'll hold but it's more personally destructive than anything. And now we have what is effectively a document full of not just he said she said stuff, but actual lies I will easily disprove.

I expect her to decline further. She has serious mental illnesses and homicidal ideation and suicidal ideation are not off the table.

I'm concerned about what she does in the aftermath of my reply and all of the evidence.

In addition to having asked my attorney how I might protect myself in terms of false claims I wanted to see if you all were in a similar situation. I'm half tempted to file an affidavit for the record stating she's showing signs of psychosis but unsure if that would do anything, or protect me
