I've seen this floating around on twitter. Are you sure this isn't satire? This looks like something i'd come up with to make fun of feminist rhetoric, the logic(or lack thereof) is hilarious.

As far as I can tell, the Campus Assault Resource Education Support Coalition at the Coastal Carolina University, who put out these posters, never faced any disciplinary action whatsoever for spreading legal misinformation. Years later, Alberta Law Review published a very good article, inspired by those posters, which I highly recommend reading.

If you look at the poster it doesn't even look like she drank much of her drink compared to him.

If it was me instead of taking it down I'd grab a pen and wtite a criticism of it across it.
