Look bro your girlfriend to be frank has gotten away from not doing shit to you because you have offered very little consequences. If she is not going to do foreplay with you, why the hell are you giving her unlimited foreplay? This should’ve been dealt with from the beginning with a strong conversion saying that this is unfair for me not getting what I want from our sex life, but you getting everything out of it, with full security. You allowed this to continue to happen and that’s why she ain’t going to do shit. She knows you aren’t going to cheat physically or emotionally so there is no competition anxiety, and she has saw that she needs to pay very little for a lot.

Look once you have that final argument with full emotional gas lighting (I’m assuming you guys had multiple of the healthy ones which lead to no where), break up with her and block her for good. Once you lay down that, go single and get what you want and you’ll realise that you fucked up by not doing shit earlier. AND you can find yourself a girl who actually gives you what you want and you can be loyal to her instead.

Anyway moral of the post, just be clear from the start and indirectly and directly communicate to them there are consequences if shit is not fair.

Express yourself to her. If she won’t fulfill your requirements then let her go. Very simple. Using an analogy (oh boy)..
