What are important things to hone in on for one night stands?

Is she drinking? I'm not saying go for girls who are blacked out, but alcohol lowers inhibitions. And you don't want to try and hook up with the designated driver for a ONS.
Learn how to get a chick away from her friends and by herself with you. The dance floor is a prime example. I would say take her to the bar to get a drink, but I'm not big on buying girls I just met a drink. Use your judgement, but don't get used.
Get good on the dance floor. You can go from zero to making out in less than one song if she feels the vibes. Learn how to grind in a way that turns her on (where she's rubbing herself on your leg). One thing I like to do if I want to dance with a chick is to grind my butt on her butt to be funny. Chicks will usually turn around and laugh. Then you'll find out if she really wants to dance with you. Works most of the time.
If you're making out with her, especially on the dance floor, you HAVE to ask if she wants to go back to your place or hers. After a good make out session, just look at her after you pull away and say, "Wanna get outta here?" as you point towards the door. She'll know what you mean. Ask, and you shall receive. But you gotta ask.

I'm not short, but I know my short friends like to go for girls that wear flats. I'm 5'11", and honestly, I'd go after a chick who's taller than me in heals. I have no shame and could care less if a girl is taller than me.

What does it matter? Everyone's different, everyone will have different experiences? Do you honestly need someone to tell you that it's possible for short guys to get laid? Because newsflash, they do, all the time.

Yeah, I get you might be looking for an inspirational confidence boost, but really the best thing you can do is throw the idea of height completely out the window and just go in there and live in the moment.

Yes, no much talking, it does not matter your height/look/age... if you approach an escort woman.

For other types of women, it is not that easy because they are also looking at you how you look, who you are, how you are talking... they don't want problems and they are looking at you very carefully because if something goes bad, their life is ruined in just a few minutes (pregnancy, all kinds of ill problems, robbery, aggression, and all kinds of bad things).

If you are short just look for a woman like you and you will be perfectly fine, there is a saying to look only after women who are in the same league as you (there are exceptions but even winning the lottery is an exception, don't aim that high).
