Befriend cool guys and organize parties together. Focus on having FUN. Learn how to do fun things (play an instrument, dance, tell stories, jokes, riddles, whatever). Get the group going, especially if it has more females than males in it. Learn to vibe.

Then the rest is just about metaphors. Holding both hands makes them think about kissing, for instance. Eye contact and eyebrow movements make you connect emotionally. Smelling her hair makes her think about you kissing her neck. And so on.
