A lot of countries people start dating by 14-16 and most are married by their 30's. Here it's half and half. Some countries are traditional they wait until marriage for sex. so they aren't really affected by technology. Some countries prostitution is legal. Women are not as independent in many countries.

In my experience daygame works the same U.S. and Europe, never tried in Asia. Nightgame is simpler in U.S. because Americans are in general more chatty and (superficially) open to talk to strangers whereas Europeans tend to stick within their groups and don’t easily let strangers in. Asia as a white guy is the easiest since they will be curious about you and happily talk to you.

I've found that the core of it is very similar in every western county I've visited. There are minor cultural differences. But the fundamentals remain the same.

But i only have western experience.

You're going to get that kind of answers here. I saw someone said that it's because you're in America etc. I can agree with that to a certain degree. I will say that Americans (I'm American) are naively arrogant. What I mean by this is they think everyone lives exactly like we do, or should. In their minds, we do everything correctly and better than anywhere else. I could give you examples of this, using other subject matter, but it would most likely open a can of worms.
