I would honestly just ignore that. Any answer or gamey answer is gonna come off as weak.

Maybe I would agree and amplify: “Oh you don’t even know!! I kiss puppies all day long, pat babies on the head, cook dinner for grandmothers, pick flowers for sick children and call my mom every single day!”
