First thing first is to keep your mouth shut at work with you guys. I’ve been with someone at my job and it backfired hard on me. People talk. People I didn’t even know knew about my relationship, it sucked. Keep it quiet. If you end up getting with her. Make sure to have that talk to don’t tell anyone about your relationship/FWB to other co workers. Naturally people at work will ask what’s up with you two and you just respond that you’re friends. I know it’s a lot of charade to do which is why people advise to just not get involved with co workers.

Used to have same type of girl friend in hoghschool. I never made a move because I was a shy pussy boy and she was like this with everyone.
