How do you develop confidence?

When you are feeling really confident it's probably because you are "in state". This is a very extended seduction concept and you may know about it already, but in short, it's that state when you feel anything you do will be success.

For me it happens when Im out with friends and I've been having fun for a while, getting out of my head. You should remind of those times you got "in state" and find out the steps it took to get there. If you recreate the same scenario, you will probably find yourself in state again, full of confidence.

Establish a sense of self-security by investing in yourself whether it’s looks, financial freedom, being less needy, learning new skills, etc.

You need to establish a great relationship with yourself. Yeah, it’s easier said than done.

But once you learn how to do this, you’d gain real confidence

Talk to people. Be comfortable with it.

You could take up a martial art because it social by default or a team sport. I did BJJ was very good but got injured. Got me out of my head

By asking women out. You’ll be more confident with every next try. Don’t do it for the number (although you might get one!), but just for practice. When your goal is to just verbally ask her out in the first place, you will always succeed. You’ll also be fine with rejection, which makes you appear more confidentas well. Frankly, every time I ask a someone out I feel like a boss right after, even if I’m getting rejected. And the women usually respect it too and are visibly happy :-)

First time I asked a woman out I was super nervous (made a post about it, check it out). I’ve since hit on about 5-7 women and with the last two I wasn’t even nervous (I’m actually surprised, I thought it’ll be in a hundreds). It really is a numbers game, you’ll get there by trying :-)

Another tip: quit masturbation. Honestly it does wonders

Confidence comes from results/ experience l, you’re confident you can type with 1 your thumb because you do it everyday. Want to be more confident in something need to do it more

I have the lowest self esteem ever. I don’t even know what confidence looks like for myself tbh. Yesterday I went out with this girl, super gorgeous imo. At a certain point in the date she said she’s never met a guy with my kind of confidence. I don’t even know what I did or what I was doing right for her to say that. We ended back at her place and made out a lot, we would’ve had sex but she doesn’t have sex on the first date. Apparently that’s a new thing for her, like I’m the first guy she tested it on. Which sucks cuz I’m a virgin, would’ve lost it last night haha

Everyones path is different. I just know I will attract my other part no matter what her age is (18-45) how she looks (cute or ugly blonde or brunette tall or short etc.) what her ethnicity is etc.

So in short there are too mny factors for me to keep overthinking. Life is too short i just shoot my shot
