Women sometimes don't want others to see them with you when you're taking them out or something. So they prefer cars. Total privacy. And also a man who drives a car well and who maintains his car well is an instant good impression for women. The way we men take care of our vehicles speaks a lot about us.

It makes logistics easier once you've started dating, but it shouldn't be a tool to get the dates because you don't want those types of woman anyways.

What’s the context? What else is going on in your life? I got a car when I was 16 and it allowed me to bring girls to private locations so it changed a lot.

I'll chime in and mention that this also really can depend on where you live and how old you are.

18-19 in a city with public transport? You don't need a car.

Im 25 and live in a rural area, so not having a car is like a death sentence. You can't go anywhere or do anything. If I tried to go on a date with a girl and didn't have a car it would be way too embarrassing and she'd probably think I was a bum.

Bro, having a car is not going to change anything. Think of having a car as an accessory or icing on the cake but not the cake itself which is the charisma. I thought if i got a car, I’d be able to get girls, turns out it didn’t do shit for me in the dating department. If you lack charisma, materialistic things aren’t going to make you attractive. I’m living proof of that. Good on paper but can’t get a girl to save my life.
