It's rare but possible. Most dudes that figure it out early are at an advantage, but if you grind like actually grind then yes it is possible.

It’s a lifetime of gathering experience, learning, and figuring out who you are. I am much better picking up girls at 36 then I was at 22 I just have fewer opportunities now. I’m just trying to land the best wife I can get now. I just started dating someone that I would have never gotten in my younger days because I didn’t have the skills yet.

There are and you’ll find plenty of stories about such even here. The problem - they were heavily set on rule 1. It was just that they were doing rule 2 poorly. Basically, white, 6’3”, jacked, good looking, decently dressed, etc. but they lacked any social skills and didn’t know what to do even when women approached them. They got better with social skills and thus started drowning in it.

But uh - yeah - if you don’t have any of those kinds of starting stats, you’re never going to really see things change much. You can see some success with high effort and a lot of change but you’re never going to be like those guys. Never. And unfortunately - those guys set the bar for “success”. So redefine success for yourself and what many girls is.
