hey y’all. I’m 19 [M] and i’m on a college campus in the midwest, if that helps.

it took me years to get to the level of confidence i’m at right now. I used to think i was ugly and attribute my self esteem to the attention i got from girls in HS, but i learned in the past 2-3 years that’s not all that amounts to what i’m worth.

I can definitely talk up girls I see in person and I’ve hit it off with a lot, but it seems that when I get a social or #, and we text, i end up being stuck either on delivered or our conversations don’t have that same level of energy and connection it had in person.

I’m thinking I’m not being assertive enough or my convo starters are just weak. this my first time really posting on here for advice, so if this is a bit wordy, sorry. any help is appreciated fr
