Start small and stop comparing to other guys. Choose small incremental goals, compare yourself to who you were yesterday and improve just a tiny bit each day.

Literally make a list of the type of girl that may be into you - you have to be real with yourself. If you dress like crap, have no hobbies, are not in good shape, sit in your basement all day - well then the type of girl you will attract isn't likely to be an IG model.

So target a girl who WOULD accept you and date her. Then you try to level up and gain experience. Just like a video game.

How I got an ig model as a guy built like brown Tom Holland:

get cool haircuts
start my own business and make good money
make achievements in my hobbies and gain some recognition
make friends with well connected guys
get invited to parties with models
talk to them with an exaggerated confidence to the point of arrogance

At this point I got rejected a lot. But it doesn't matter cuz the one that didn't reject me is now obsessed with me.

So the point is, no matter how you're built, if you have something to offer that genuinely makes you believe you are a tier above the ig models you want, then the chances of you getting them rise exponentially

You have to suffer, go to the gym, make more money. Set goals for yourself and actually hit them. Work on your personality, humor, charisma, etc.

Bro, don't compare yourself to other people, especially if it makes you feel the way you say it does. Rule #1 of social interactions is no one is ever what they appear or portray themselves to be. Sure, you could be the exception to this rule if you wanna take the path of integrity, but it's way more important to spot people just faking it, it'll help you not develop feelings of self-loathing. I met a guy once in a mixed group... victims of circumstance, none of us were on the make, the bus broke down and several guys and girls spontaneously started chatting, couple of us trying to keep morale high and make light of a crappy situation. Eventually we met up on a regular basis. The guy exuded a brand of douchy confidence that I was instantly not a fan of, but he was popular with the girls in our group simply because he had a story-topping personality and always tried drawing attention to his ever-changing jobs that spanned from skiing instructor to swimming instructor and every other instructor under the sun.. if I wanted to be mean, I could've pointed out that none of those are actual jobs that require any kind of committment, he kept changing them about as often as a germophobe changes underwear... But I kept my mouth shut because he was instantly attractive to the girls in our group. Eventually I hooked up with 2 of them, who casually made a slip that the guy only had charisma going for him, he couldn't make the move towards sex, and I coaxed the third girl who I became close friends with to divulge that he was in fact impotent... TL;DR - things aren't always what they seem, and truth can be shocking enough to not be worth discovering even.

In my opinion, people are attracted to happy people. If you are enjoying life and are a positive person, odds are people will find you attractive. Least that's why my girl fell for me and I feel like I have easy time getting dates and all that on apps when I was looking for dates.
