You can only work on becoming an attractive man. Some girls will be attracted to you and some won't. You can't control that. What you can do, is increase and build on an existing level of attraction. And notice when women are into you and act on it. But most importantly focus on just becoming an attractive dude. There's a lot that goes into that.
