What are good starting text examples

"Hey, this is (name) - hot guy from (place you met her)."

That's my go-to. After that, go straight into asking her out.

A typical exchange goes something like this:

Me: "Hey, this is CutLiver (hot guy from the bar)."

Her: "Who?" "Lol, jk. How are you?" - (A lot of girls will see that you're being cocky and make a smart-ass comment. That's a good sign. Then they'll ask a boring question like "how are you?" or "what's up?" It really doesn't matter what they say. Don't get in a back-and-forth conversation with her. Your goal is to get a date, not talk.)

Me: "I'm good, thanks. When are we hanging out again? I want to see you." (This is super direct. If she isn't attracted to you, she'll be vague. If she's vague, just end the conversation and forget about her. If she is attracted to you, she'll give you a day/time that she's free.)

Her: "I want to see you too. I'm doing X/Y/Z with my friend today but I'm free (day/time). What did you have in mind?"

(Always come back with a concrete plan if she asks what you were thinking of doing. It should be related to something the two of your were talking about when you met, or it should be something you want to do even if she's not going to make it.)

Me: "Drinks at (bar)?"

(People on TRP will say questions are bad and you should tell a girl you're doing X/Y/Z, but I find that comes off a bit too direct with a lot of women. A simple question mark makes her think you're asking her instead of telling her. It doesn't mean much, but a lot of girls don't want to feel like you're too in-control)

That's basically it. Set the date, tell her "Cool. See you then" and quit texting her. If she texts you before the date, keep the conversation short and sweet, then tell her you're looking forward to the date and get off the phone.
