Do they want the men to pay for their expensive foodie trips?
I am writing with an oriental girl on Tinder and I proposed that we go for coffee (tea) & cake on the first date, but she responded that she doesn't like coffee and she would prefer a nice pasta restaurant cause she's a foodie... Not sure what to do. O_o
When she implied that she would like to go to a nice Restaurant, I asked her if she had any specific restaurants in mind. She gave an evasive answer that I should choose and it was up to me! I then proposed coffee (tea) and cake, which she refused. I asked her again which Restaurants she did like, but still no answer...
Here in Germany it is common to only meet for coffee on first meeting. It’s not even a date, it’s a meeting to see if you want to go on a date. This saves time, frustration and money. If there is zero chemistry, physical or intellectual - you can still politely get out of there within 20 minutes.
