Jealousy is rooted in your on insecurities. Need to address your own incesurities and truly love yourself before you can make room for another. I'm not saying you'll completely overcome all your insecurities. But you do need to do some self work to figure out what they are and name them. Then you can begin the ongoing struggle of not allowing those demons to be the master of you. Most emotionally intelligent partners will understand that struggle of progession, but you have to be ae to communicate. But be careful of using the naming of your demons (and not doing the difficult progression) as an excuse for your Jealousy that you don't attempt to change.
But some girls dig Jealousy...unfortunately, most times they tend to be emotional vampires that just drag you and the relationship into a never ending spiral.
TL;DR. Jealousy is a weakness caused by insecurities. Progession happens with self work and self love

Jealously is a side effect of oneitis which is another thing you may need to cure. Don't become comfortable or settle when you get a girls number or peak her interest. Continue to play the field and meet more women so you don't fall into the oneitis and also to keep her on her toes.

You need to stop getting jealous because that’s unattractive. Being needy isn’t too bad as long as it’s not too overbearing but I would try to stop being clingy at least in the beginning.

You have to accept the fact that if a girl is cheating there is nothing you can do about it. Getting mad or being jealous without factual evidence of cheating will not change anything. So you’re better off playing it cool until you know for sure.

I don't really get jealous, I do for a bit but after a while it just fades for me, idk man who really gives a shit, people can make their own choices, sometimes it's just a genetic/socialization thing.
