You confuse long-term and short-term prospects for dating.
It’s never ok to lie to girl “because the ends justify the means” You communicate your interested in whatever if they ask you. If they say “I don’t want that” fair enough move on to a girl that does.
It’s not hard to say “I’m just looking for something causal” take it or leave it.

Morally, I know it’s not the best thing to do. I’d say the ratio for every women that wants casual against women that want to be taken seriously is 1:100 no shit.
And for men swap those numbers around. You’ll miss A LOT of sexual chances by being upfront (unless you are heavy in the club scene). Believe me, once I started lying, my options are a lot higher. I’m stringing these women along to this day out of hopes they will get to be with me. And I’m not even that much of a catch. Yea, it comes wth drama, but you’re not in a real relationship so you have all the power which feels good.
Once women are in chase mode it’s hard to snap them out. Only the ones who truely respect themselves accept they got played and cut me off.
Look, I know you can get laid by just stating intentions.... but your approach:success ratio will be a lot smaller.

The way I see it is we're not stringing them along just taking things slow which is what women claim they want anyway, it may never go anywhere but that just means as a couple we weren't good enough for me to settle. You're right about keeping them in chase mode, click your fingers and they get on their knees to keep you.

Lying and leading girls on casts a wider net and gives you more opportunities than being honest and direct (when not on OLD or in a party/night setting), it's true.

Why else are there so many songs by Female pop stars singing about how infatuated they are with the dude who keeps lying to them?
