I think it does affect dating, mostly in bad ways. If you can get off at home alone then you lose all ambition to go out and meet someone. Especially if you're terrified to approach a girl, having the safety net of being able to go rub one out is too tempting.

It also negatively influences how you view sex if you haven't had it. Its nothing like in those videos. Its nothing to learn from.
