•Don’t take dating apps and yourself so seriously.
Because the entire point behind texting and dating apps is to set up a date in person and take it from there.
•Flaking and not getting a response doesn't count as actual rejection.
And it doesn't really matter if a really sexy girl with an amazing body unmatched you, ignores your messages, or when a girl doesn’t want to meet up with you because she chose another guy.
What they reject is the way you present and express yourself online, not who you are beyond the screen.
If this still bothers you a lot and makes you feel like trash or unworthy, meditate a bit and be aware of the underlying assumptions and beliefs you have about yourself that make you perceive rejection as a negative evaluation of your self-worth.
To make this even easier, learn to transcend your self-centered mindset. Remind yourself that it's not all about you.
•You can’t build real attraction and connection over text.
Because this is something that builds in person.
Sure, you can create an amazing self-concept online, show off your communication skills, say all the right things online, have a 10/10 profile, be fun to chat with and this can also make the girls you're texting more interested in you because it evokes certain emotions in them.
But if in person you can’t live up to this, have no idea how to build relationships, or don’t know how to be naturally attractive in the real world, the best texting game wont be of any use to you and wont get you results with girls who aren’t addicted to social media and dating apps.
Another thing people often ignore is that a majority of who you think the person you’re texting or matched with is is pretty vague and based on your assumptions, on your own perception and interpretation of them, not on who they objectively are.
Meaning that everything they say over text and even the way they look in pictures will be filtered through this concept you make up in your mind.
Mindfulness is very useful here as this allows you to be aware when you respond and react to this concept you make up about them or to the person that's behind the phonescreen.
•Let go of the need for external approval and validation.
Once you begin to approve of yourself while at the same time being open to growth and without being narcissistic or arrogant about it, and once you begin to put your true authentic self out there unapologetically, connecting with women and getting laid off of apps becomes so much easier because there is no longer the unnecessary pressure of trying to control her feelings for you, to impress her or get something from her.
