So I’ve (22M) read Models twice and have been trying to implement the things in it it recently. Tonight I went out to a bar with a very good female (21) friend of mine. She looked very nice. I was also dressed in a way I thought looked very stylish but relaxed, had a trimmed beard, and styled my hair in a cool way. Overall I was feeling very good about my appearance tonight. I also have fixed my posture and the way I carry myself when I walk and what I do with my hands. I also just acted like my normal self without trying to “be on my best behavior” and was saying goofy things and joking a lot and just feeling good.

We went to Target for a bit first because she needed to get something and I noticed three different attractive girls glancing at me while we were there. I would make a joke occasionally about something to get my friend laughing and I would notice that almost every time I did, there seemed to be a good looking girl checking me out. Later at the bar we went to, I noticed the same type of thing. I sat in a relaxed manner, arm over chair type thing, and was being very conversational and laughing a lot. And I noticed quite a few attractive girls checking me out as they walked by or were sitting nearby.

I’ve never had such an experience before where probably 8-10 attractive women at least gave me a few looks in a single night. I don’t feel like I’ve really changed that much, just gotten a more mature clothing style and started carrying myself in a more masculine way, but it seems to have done the trick. I feel like my friend might have a thing for me so I didn’t want to make things awkward and I was having a good time just hanging out with her so I didn’t approach any of the girls that seemed to be giving me looks, but it’s good to know that the improvements I’ve been trying to make recently seem to be paying off! I’ve also still got a bit of approach anxiety but I’ve gained a bit of confidence in myself after tonight so I’m going to try doing some approaches in this setting next time I get the chance!
