So here is my post from 2 days ago about my first approach ever. I got lots of feedback about how what she said was basically an open invitation to ask for her number. Well I went back today and did that and it was a total success!

I went on my way home from the gym to get some fruit and noticed her working so I went over and said hello. She responded with some excitement I feel and I brought up something she mentioned last time we talked. She decorates cakes which I think is kind of similar to painting, so I asked if she would like to go to a painting night at a local brewery where an artist is there guiding you through making a cool painting and she agreed! She also asked if I wanted her number, so everyone that said I completely missed all her signs the first time was totally right, so thanks for pointing that out!

I got her number about 45 minutes ago but I’m going to wait until later to text her so that she might be done working. The date I suggested isn’t until later next week so I’m thinking of asking her if she’d like to hangout/get coffee or something this weekend. Anyways, thanks to everyone on here for giving me solid advice on my other post and helping me out. This was my first approach and will be my very first first date, so I’m super excited!
