Went to a bar/dance club solo. Didn't know how to approach a girl to dance on the dancefloor. How do I approach this.

you dance or ask them to dance, offer her your hand and if she takes it swing her around and dip her... kids these days

also you can post up at the bar and drink and let the ladies come to you

70-93% of communication is nonverbal even without music blasting. Just gotta let it happen naturally, don’t hard focus girls just relax and have a good time, if they give you signals - get close to you, multiple eye contact etc dance with them then ask outside to chat

Go to dance classes...seriously: tons of women there and being a good dancer helps immensely in this situation.

Just flat out ask, she is at a dance club give her a song or two, don't get handsy, say thank you and have a good night, then move on. If she wants more, ball is her court. She'll come looking for you. Continue to bounce all over the dance floor. Make your own fun. Down side, I had some girl use me as a meat shield most of a night

dance over to her or near her and ask her "whats your name" exchange your name then start dancing with her

I know a lot of people that try to start with physical touch (high five or spin move etc not grabbing at people) it's really hard to open verbally in loud places imo
