It seems like my (24M) regrets and other failures from my past and present have caught up to me in a way that now my daily life is impacted.

I have ADHD and social anxiety, which I used to see a therapist for. However, I now am starting to realize that I can't properly date, or am severely unprepared for it. I'm talking from making myself look more attractive to sexual education to keeping conversations going from romantic to platonic, and not being a kissless virgin anymore. I don't know how to do this stuff naturally, and because of my other mental health issues I already know girls can sense this. This was after I downloaded Tinder, Bumble and Hinge a few weeks ago and haven't found any tangible successes. All of this is affecting my diet, sleeping patterns and urgent/important priorities like getting a job or my car fixed.

I live with my parents right now while I look for a new job. I never discuss this kind of thing with them because they always like to prod into what I'm doing. However, it's gotten to a point where they know something is bothering me, like when I told them I need to lift weights, they said "you never talk about that". I don't want to tell them the truth.

I'm not ugly, but I'm not super attractive right now either. I have attributes that I can increase to make my SMV high enough, I want to be in the top 20% that's always talked about. I'm just not sure if I'll ever get there. How far do I have to go to be "conventionally attractive" and have options?

But dating coaches seem like a good option for me because of the lack of social skills. However, I don't know if it's a good investment. What do you think?
