Your scared to be vulnerable.

Don’t worry most men struggle being vulnerable. Eventually you’ll get through and you’ll look back and say “damn I should have opened up more with all these girls in my past”

Fear of rejection, if you have felt rejected before after showing attraction to someone or even in parents not giving you enough attention or in a way rejecting you this can go on a subconscious level where it becomes a habit. I suggest a therapist to solve this and on both cases you have to show interest in others to train your brain that it is ok to be rejected life move on

I have this same problem. I have zero issues talking or even flirting but for some absurd reason, I have this feeling that I'll come across as creepy if I let a woman know how I feel about her.

This is my single biggest challenge. It did this most recently at a party on Saturday. I approached a particular girl three times and after some small talk I just froze and kept looking at her and couldn't just say what was on my mind

I guess it is programmed. I struggle with this too, only have done a handful of approaches though, done 6 approaches and missed all approaches this year.
