Just keep working on yourself. You’re young, develop a hobby, read books, listen to a lot of rad music or learn to make music, watch films, get into photography, hike or camp a lot. Take road trips or long bus rides and go to museums or coffee shops. As you’re doing all these things, feel free to strike up a conversation with the person next to you if you inclined to do so.

As a female, I will say a lot of girls your age or well at any age get rejected too. It doesn’t make it easier on anyone and I am not taking away from your reality. Having crushes would be a life long thing. As you grow older you will realize you could be attracted to many many people but you will have to dig deeper to see if that attraction is worth pursuing? Even after all that research we all come up short.

There are tons of girls who wont care about your height. But you are at an age to keep bettering yourself with reading, writing, hobbies and meeting a shit ton of cool friends. Keep doing that first and foremost. The right girls would like you for you.

Being the nice and kind will always make you question when people treat you like crap. I know this first hand. But I remind myself that this what sets me apart from them. Id rather be kind than not. Hang in there!

You sound like a "nice guy", if you've never heard that term, look up "No more Mr. Nice guy", it's a book that will make your life much easier. You say you're a very charismatic and open person, and that you have good female friends. You also say that you've never been good with women and confess that you've had to "confess" your feelings to a girl. You don't sound confident or charismatic to be honest, you sound like you put on an act for other people, that's why I recommend the book above.
You don't sound like you have a very high opinion of yourself. You need to work on that shit, mate, people can sense it off you and that's the main problem, not your height. See a professional therapist and go to the gym. Also work on skills that interest you, actively. The phrase "I'm not really ugly" needs to disappear from your vocabulary. You should love yourself.
You need to be more honest with women. Given your post, you sound repressed as hell, and I'd hate to see you grow up into an incel. Learn some game and develop things like your fashion, body language and your voice. This will help you will the ladies, but most importantly will do wonders for your confidence.
Most importantly " I hope someday someone will get in my way". Yes, they will, and you'll almost certainly fuck it up, because you don't know what girls want in a relationship. If you're okay with that, then fine, but you need to understand that in all likelihood this will leave you worse than you are now. You know that girl who you told your feelings? You see how she left you for that boy, she wanted sex. You weren't ready for that, and she knew that. If you don't get your understanding of women and relationships up, you'll fail, again and again, and you won't know why it's happening. It's kind of like hell to be honest.

Don't you worry guy, it'll pass. Now I personally didn't go through that because I had a long relationship when I was younger but most of my single friends went trough a phase like that where they tought no girl wanted them and shit like that. It'll pass, life goes on, some girl will want you someday and one day you'll laugh at how miniscule of a problem that really was. Also try not to pity yourself cause that usually doesn't lead to any pussy. Good luck!

Your young so you do have all the resources that you would have at let's say 23 but hobbies are the best way to make yourself more interesting and something to take your mind off things. Learn a language, and now you have a while different set of women to talk to. Just have fun and enjoy yourself, you'll get there.
