Hi everybody. I am an introvert by nature: I love reading, meditating, smoking pot by myself, and dumpster diving. I do enjoy socializing and get pumped up at parties, but I feel like I need to mentally prepare myself for them. Tyler from RSD resonates with me and I use some of his techniques to get myself out of my own head.

I do enjoy mingling and leading the conversations at parties and my inner game and body language, as well as my life, have improved ten fold over the last two years (21 m). However, especially when I am on first dates I feel like I need to put on a fun loving, and outgoing facade for the girl. I feel like my default, introverted self would be too serious, quiet and intense for the girl to be attracted to me, so I shy away from revealing those parts of my personality.

We have all heard the advice "Be Yourself" but I'm not sure this advice applies to introverts in regards to women. I would love to hear others viewpoints and experiences if you have them.
