You didn't fuck up per se, you simply came off as bland and neutral. Come up with a flirty script you can do with all your matches. A bit of trial and error will be necessary to know what works and what doesn't. Once you've nailed that and verify they're interested, ask for their number. Couple more messages there, ask them out.
