Often, usually over Facebook/text messaging, when the conversation hits a natural break and there's not much left to say so to speak, the girl will say "I'm bored! Entertain me." Or something along those lines. I'm just wondering what would be an acceptable response to something like this?

Usually I go with something like "Oh, so I'm your only source of entertainment? Sounds like you need to get out more." or something along those lines.

I also have noticed that in the past I have said this to other girls, is this an effective way to work your game on a girl? Does it have any positive results do you think?
