How do I build my value?

I'm a 29 y.o. Junior in college. I work at a pizza place as a supervisor (not the gm) and I live with my parents (great gig for school cause no rent). I struggled and still struggle with feeling like I'm undervalued. Here's what I've learned: you set your own value.

Next time you feel like you're being judged, ask yourself, "Why am I projecting my insecurities onto them?" You don't know what they feel or think unless they tell you. If they really are telling you that you're worthless then screw them. You can do better. You realize you have value and you bring a good bit to the table. Embrace that and live it. You will generate confidence and good vibes that others will pick up on easy. You should only measure yourself against your own measuring stick.

Don't focus on what you can offer a woman, or even other guys. This isn't a job interview. What do they offer you? Is that woman pretty? Does she have a great ass or tits? Is she rich, fun, or smart? Vibe on that if you like it and if you don't, show you don't like it. Your perception of her value is where your focus should be. Realize that any woman worth her salt is also a fully functional human being. She can care for herself, provide for herself, and in the end fend for herself. As a modern man you don't need to do those things for her anymore. Frankly, I wouldn't want a woman who depended on me to care for her completely. I don't want a child, I want a woman.

So how does a guy in my position offer value? Ambition, wit, humor, intelligence, compassion, creativity, style, loyalty, and passion to name a few. Guess what? The price for these characteristics is high. I made it high. I've been burned too many times and played enough to realize that any woman needs to show me she can step up to that value. If she can't then she's not worth my time, whether it's for a fling, a few dates, or a relationship. I don't offer everything other guys do. I offer what I do. What I offer has value, a lot of it. The same is true for you.

Self-Improvement.

Gym, Meditation, Eating well and studying hard and know that the process takes a long time. Going out often and meeting new people, but only do so with an open mind, nobody wants to be with someone who's insecure and worries how everyone judges them all the time even though they probably don't even think about you, they only care about themselves.

You really don't build value, you show you have value, so you can go in cold around a bunch of strangers and show that you are a valuable man worth going after.

Its pretty simple, confidence, poise, friendliness, masculinity and self-assured behaviors.

Don't be a funny monkey cracking jokes or a quiet creeper.
