I'll be honest and say that you sound fucking retarded when you say that shit. You sound like the most special damn emo kid on the planet about to slice his wrists because of his bloody valentine.

Listen, I've gone through thought processes like these. They'd usually come in bursts. Now they don't appear anymore.

Thinking like that, yes you are most certainly undateable.

So what's the solution? Simple. Stop thinking like that. Incorporate better habits into your life. Force yourself to do things. Trust me, it's amazing the amount of things a person can accomplish if they always pick the thing that's hard to do and goes against their shitty routine.

Right now, you can make changes to your life.

Stop masturbating and abso-fuckin-lutely stop watching porn. It's a coping mechanism for you. That much is fucking obvious. Take away this fucking drug out of your life. Look up Your Brain On Porn and other r/Nofap like content.
Stop sleeping so much. Too much sleep is detrimental to your wellbeing. It's a symptom of depression. And by the way if you are indeed depressed. You sure sound like you are. I'd advise trying to change your habits before you start popping pills or going to therapists. Right now I'm running on 4 hours of sleep. Feeling pretty fucking good. Especially considering I'm back from work which is night shift. Alarm goes off? Get off your back and start your day. Don't lie in bed until the last moment where you just HAVE to get up. I always set up an alarm early so I have time to eat, shower and take care of other basic things.
Stop thinking. Just stop. Where you are right now. Thinking too much will fuck you up only further and further. Don't think. Just do.
Start taking cold showers and minimize hot showers as much as possible. Hot showers are great for hygiene but they give so much comfort to people like you that they end up being supremely detrimental. Cold showers force you to be extremely uncomfortable. But they enhance your energy, they make you sharper and more powerful. Every time I need to wash myself, I start hot and ALWAYS end them cold. So whether it's winter or summer. You take cold fucking showers. I remember winter. It was great. Sure in Portugal winter's kind of a pussy. But I remember seeing all of these half depressed, drowsy, fully clothed locals scurrying around while I was standing tall, eyes sharp as a razor, in a fucking T-shirt. They made me laugh.
Stop thinking about women in general. Thinking about women. Fantasizing about them. Worrying about possible eventualities of sex or girlfriends are out of the question. Fix yourself. You don't put people into a house that's about to collapse. Learn to be happy without any of those things.
Start eating more. Another cause of feelings like those can be lack of proper nutrition. Eat properly. Don't stuff your face with junk food. Eating more forces you to cook too. Forces me at least.
HIT THE GYM. Fucking do it. Sign up at a gym. This is one of the greatest things you can do. And work hard at it. Don't spend half an hour on the fucking treadmill. Lift weights. It boosts EVERYTHING in your life, body and mind. Don't sit around at home bullshitting on yt or playing videogames. The gym takes you out of an environment where you are stagnant and have lots of distractions available. At the gym you literally have nothing else to do other than working out(Unless you're one of those cumwads that walks on the treadmill and looks at the fucking TV for an hour). And sure a lot of times you'll just go "Nah, not today. I don't feel like it." FUCK that shit, cunt. Every time I thought that and powered through it, still going to the gym I went "Holy fuck I'm glad I'm here." Just yesterday had that. I felt ecstatic, I was loving it. And create your own environment within it, your own bubble of a higher standard. The gym I go to can be a bit sad. Lots of old people, lots of fat people just casually strolling on treadmills and half assing their sets. Lots of dudes that look like they don't want to mess up their hair or look weak in front of everyone else. The weirdly incredible part is the one with all of these motherfuckers lifting crazy weights but they don't even look like it. They are clearly just going to the gym just because. They still look dead inside, they still look fucking sad, they have nothing to show off even. They don't enjoy the burn, they're not there because they love it, they're just doing it. Set yourself apart from that atmosphere. If you're new, don't be afraid to go slow. I mean there's tons of dudes that are lifting SO MUCH more fucking weight than I am but yet I look better than they do on every level. The leg presses are impressive to me honestly.
Avoid distractions from real life. TV, Movies, Anime, Videogames, Social Media, YT, whatever. Those things are pretty much tertiary in your life. They're things you sometimes do because you enjoy them casually. I'd argue that social media for the most part is absolutely useless. YT being mindless entertainment. With the internet in general being a rolling belt of shovelware for your brain. If you must indulge in the more creative forms of media then try to wrest some sort of benefit from it. Because I think those things are fine. They're great entertainment. But if all you do is entertain yourself, take a fucking step back and minimize the entertainment.
Have a ritual before bed. Many things may work for you but what I do is: Shut down my PC, take a cold shower and meditate. Clean my mind and hit the bed right away. It's simple but it's effective.
Learn the fact that consistency is key. If you're not consistent in what you do then might as well not do it.

So here's my message to you:

Stop feeling sorry for yourself. You're not special. You're not at a dead end. You're not doomed by the universe.

You're choosing to be a fucking bitch and you want to feel special for it. In fact, what you want is exactly what I'm giving you. Help.

Every time I made a thread that went like "boohoo no woman wants me. My dick is dry. I'm so awful." Many times I made a BS thread where I was like "I'll never get a woman and that's fine." Trying to fool myself that it's all ok. While I fucking yearned for people to motivate me. To help me somehow. Knock some sense into my thick skull.

If you want to reply with a fucking excuse. Go fuck yourself. Shove it back up your ass and whine like a bitch all you want while denying that you're in the shit you're in because you chose to sit in it wallowing in your own fucking misery like a sad cunt. Jerking yourself off with your own tears. Shitting all over yourself like a child and crying to us all that you're so fucking special and unique. That your problems are never seen before. That you're the ultimate exhibit of pathetic.

Y'know why I want you to go fuck yourself? Because I read your post and I remember the amount of times I thought that stupid shit about myself.

You are entitled. You think you are this unique snowflake that has all these special problems. You're not. Believe me. Lots of guys undergo the phase you are. If you decide to make a change, good for you. If you don't, you can stay a virgin. Noone cares. Harsh but true. Start improving your self with new hobbies new clothes that fit etc. Go out every friday and saturday solo or with a wing and practice your game. I told you before, noone cares. I can't accept any of those are true, there has to be something you like/ you are good at that can makes you feel better about yourself.

Now do something, improve yourself, I can't write everything you have to do. But get a haircut, get into style, join the gym, try and learn new things. All of this will improve your confidence. And don't come here saying you can't learn anything new, and that you will be embarrassed, my friend, you are a man already, so start acting like one, accept that you won't be the best the moment you start training a certain skill. You will have to try again.

I know, some people seem to have it easy, they are naturally confident , so what? Are you going to lose your life just because you didn't win the lottery? Just try again, you said it didn't work, then try something different, but never give up on finding your passion in life, you only have one to accept being a failure.

I really hope this touches you in some way and gets you ready to improve yourself, there's a lot you should research and learn. But you don't look back and realize you didn't live at your full potential.
